Coca-Cola Hellenic Corporate Social Responsibility Report 2010

 

Coca-Cola Hellenic in Russia won the seventh place in the Employers Ranking in Russia 2010. Top 50 companies were chosen from 97 participants. The Rating was conducted by Headhunter Company with the partners. The appropriateness of the Rating methodology was evaluated by Deloitte. Participation in Raiting was open to every compony. The participants’ evaluation was conducted due to three criteria: the desire of candidates to work in companies, HR-managers survey and estimation of staff engagement.


Due to the XII official ceremony of the national award "PRODUCT OF THE YEAR" Coca-Cola became the winner in the "soft drinks" category for the ninth time, BonAqua won in the " waters" category for the fourth time and for the second time "Dobry" won the first place in the category of "Juices Mid-price segment (35-50 rubles per 1 liter)". Best sellers were chosen due to the survey of 34,000 Russians in 60 cities in Russia and by the analyzing of sales volume of consumer goods.
